CVS: $5/$20 & $3 Diaper Newspaper Coupon Printable!

This post may contain affiliate links. Read my disclosure policy.

I’m getting reports from all over the place – Tampa, Washington DC, Detroit and several other locations that section A of their newspaper contains a $5/$20 CVS coupon and $3 Diaper coupon.  These are expected to appear over the next couple of days as well.  Keep your eyes peeled for them if you get a newspaper.  There are several newspapers with online editions too.  You can print the coupon HERE or HERE and should not have trouble using these.  After all, some people don’t bother with print newspapers anymore.

Thanks, AFC and Shelly!

Grape Tomatoes in Ready-Made Salads Recalled Over Salmonella Fears

Taylor Farms Pacific Inc. recalled grape tomatoes that were used in ready-made salads for Walmart, Safeway, Sam’s Club, Albertsons and other stores because they may be contaminated with salmonella, said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
So far, no one has gotten sick from eating the tomatoes, the FDA said. Salmonella can cause a potentially life-threatening infection in the very young, elderly or those with weakened immune systems. Even normally healthy people can suffer from diarrhea, nausea and fever.

Taylor Farms said it was notified by its supplier, Six L’s, that the grape tomatoes were part of a recall the Florida company announced because of possible salmonella contamination. Included in that recall are Cherry Berry grape tomatoes with a lot code DW-H packed in either clam-shell containers or 20-pound cardboard boxes. Those tomatoes were sold in stores and served in restaurants in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and also Canada.

Six L’s said a random sample in New York tested by the U.S. Department of Agriculture showed the contamination. The tomatoes came from a farm in Estero, Fla., which has since ceased production of the tomatoes. Consumers can return the Cherry Berry tomatoes to the store they purchased them from for a refund. For more information, call Six L’s at (877) 606-1821, ext. 3955.

In the Taylor Farms recall, the tomatoes were used in dozens of ready-to-eat products, including Cobb salads, seafood salads, chicken salads, pasta salads and Asian salads in stores through much of the western United States — Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, South Dakota, Washington and Wyoming.

The FDA lists the products, the best-by dates, the UPC codes and the affected states on their website.

Brands included in the recall are Walmart’s Marketside salads, Sam’s Club salads, Savemart’s Pacific Coast Cobb Salad, Safeway’s Signature Cafe salads, Raley’s salads, certain Taylor Farms salads and Albertsons Italian Sub Pasta Salad.

Consumers should not eat the salads and should return them to the stores for a refund. Call Taylor Farms at (209) 835-6300 weekdays between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST for more information.

Earlier this year, Taylor Farms recalled broccoli that had been included in ready-made store salads because of possible listeria contamination.
