Our resident Walgreens spies are on the move again and have a lot of  great updates for us!

Be sure to check the coupon database for any coupons you may be able to use, so you can maximize your savings on these clearance deals.

And I should say that all of the clearance deals above are hit or miss, but widely reported.  Let me know what you find.  I’ll be there today to get a few cheapies, so I’ll scope it out too.

Oh, and guess what else our girls found?  There is ANOTHER new test feature at Walgreens (see above photo), so it isn’t available everywhere yet.  As far as I can tell, it isn’t available anywhere except Chicago.  Enter your zip and give it a whirl anyway.  If you can’t use the service, consider the following a heads up.

Walgreens is rolling out a new program – Web Pickup.  It’s a teensy bit self explanatory, but I’ll expound a bit.  Order your products online and pick them up in-store.  There.  Not much additional information, huh? 😉   For a limited time, they’re offering $5 off your first use of this service on a  purchase of $20 or more when you use the code SAVEFIVE through 2/29/12.  Tax may be charged PRE-coupon where required.   It cannot be used toward RX, tobacco, dairy, liquor and related items, phone cards, newspapers, magazines, stamps or gift cards or Prescription Savings Club membership fees or photo.  Ohhh-kay.

Is it just me?   I cannot see how this is convenient for a couponer unless you’d like to purchase MIR items that have no coupons.  That could turn them into moneymakers with the $5/$20 promotion.   If I’m missing a hidden benefit for us, let me know.

On a totally different note, there is a new mobile coupon valid through 2/25 that’ll save you $1.00 off Ocean Spray Craisins 9oz.  Yes, they were recalled, but you know how it is – Recall–>Purchase Decline–>Coupons–>Super Cheap Products.

Ocean Spray Craisins 9-10oz 2/$5.00 ($2.99ea)
1 – $1.00/1 Walgreens Mobile Coupon
2 – $1.00/1 Parents Mag March (if you have them)
Final: as low a s $0.50ea wyb 2

Keep your eyes peeled for Try Me Free rebates available on Dickinson’s products, but don’t buy it yet!  They’re mostly known for Witch Hazel, but also have a facial cleanser.  Kelsey found only the Witch Hazel for $5.89 with the attached peelie.  The rebate, however, doesn’t start until 3/1/12 and ends 9/1/12.

And this is what’s getting me out to Walgreens today.  There’s a national catalina on Nescafe Taster’s Choice and it’s working on the small boxes of stick packs.  You all know how I feel about my stick packs! 😉
