If you have a Menard’s near you, you probably already know it.  They’re a regional, but large mostly home improvement chain that offer many great deals in the form of rebates.  Menard’s rebates are credits you can use against your next in-store purchases, so think ECB’s or UP’s.  That kinda thing.
