Be sure and add the Everyday Points offer to your Balance Reward card and you’ll earn 10 points for every $1 spent in addition to the points you’ll earn in the weekly Balance Rewards point offers.

The Walgreens Coupon Policy has changed!  Get up to speed with the new rules here.

The amounts for the Balance Rewards redemption have changed!  You can now redeem just $1 if you need to! If you missed it,  the Balance Rewards program is in full swing.  You’ll see many items below that earn points.  I’ve included this quick reference chart here, so you can see the point breakdown.  I’ve deducted the cash equivalent of the point value from the final cost of each item.

Make sure you’re getting the most bang for your ExtraCare Bucks at CVS by checking out my post: 15 Secret Ways to Save More at CVS.  It’s chock-full of great information.

There are new total purchase ($3/$15, $5/$25, $6/$30) and % off coupons again this week!  If you haven’t, check your email for one from CVS on Thursday!

Let me know what Big Red coupons you receive and I’ll add them to the matchups!

General Information

This list is printable!

Here are some easy use notes for you.

You’ll see a check box next to the sale item.  You can check that box and it will add it to your printable list box in the bottom right corner of your screen.  When you’ve added all the items you want to buy to the list, you can click on the *My List* tab to print them.

CVS has also released a new corporate coupon policy.  Make sure you print a copy and take it with you when you shop.  If this is new to you, you can read more about the changes to Buy One Get One Free sales and coupons HERE.

Keep in mind that CVS ads can be extremely regional.  You may find price variations in the sale items or they may not be on sale in your area at all.

I am now ONLY using online prices in my match-ups. I had been using my actual store prices, but that proved equally frustrating for many people. While I realize that online prices are also frustrating, they’re relatively accurate for some. Since they’re about the same in that regard, it’s easier to use online prices! For new items not yet in their online store, I will continue to use my store prices.

This list includes all the items under $1, most of the ECB deals and many, MANY more.  Because I’m still doing most of the ad,  every link isn’t tested, as I don’t buy everything that’s on sale and I’m too cheap to waste the ink. Let me know if one doesn’t work, if my math has taken a nose dive or I’ve missed a coupon somewhere.

Best Drugstore Deals of the Week 5/22-5/28

From CVS app and Big Red Coupons to new printables and unadvertised deals, I add new coupons, freebies, and big discount items to the matchups throughout the week.  The problem, I’m hearing, is that you don’t always remember to check the matchups!  I get that.  We’re all busy.  That’s why I’m bringing back the Best Deals of the Week post.   In it, you’ll find all of the best deals you can score each week at the drugstores – I may add more stores again as time permits.

I do want to point out that there is one thing you’ll find here that you won’t find in the weekly matchups: Rite Aid. I simply don’t have time to do the Rite Aid deals each week, but I can scan through the ad and pick out the best deals for you.

Ideally, I’ll post this list on Wednesday, but I’m promising nothing these days.  My nearly one year old tiny girl has reduced herself to one nap in her 13 hour a day awake cycle and that time is largely spent cooking, cleaning, and helping the kids with schoolwork! It’s busy around here!
