CVS: Freebies & Cheapies 6/28-7/4!

Latest News

There are new total purchase ($3/$15, $5/$25, $6/$30) and % off coupons again this week!  If you haven’t, check your email for one from CVS on Thursday!

Let me know what Big Red coupons you receive and I’ll add them to the matchups!

General Information

This list is printable!

Here are some easy use notes for you.

You’ll see a check box next to the sale item.  You can check that box and it will add it to your printable list box in the bottom right corner of your screen.  When you’ve added all the items you want to buy to the list, you can click on the *My List* tab to print them.

CVS has also released a new corporate coupon policy.  Make sure you print a copy and take it with you when you shop.  If this is new to you, you can read more about the changes to Buy One Get One Free sales and coupons HERE.

Keep in mind that CVS ads can be extremely regional.  You may find price variations in the sale items or they may not be on sale in your area at all.

I am now ONLY using online prices in my match-ups. I had been using my actual store prices, but that proved equally frustrating for many people. While I realize that online prices are also frustrating, they’re relatively accurate for some. Since they’re about the same in that regard, it’s easier to use online prices! For new items not yet in their online store, I will continue to use my store prices.

This list includes all the items under $1, most of the ECB deals and many, MANY more.  Because I’m still doing most of the ad,  every link isn’t tested, as I don’t buy everything that’s on sale and I’m too cheap to waste the ink. Let me know if one doesn’t work, if my math has taken a nose dive or I’ve missed a coupon somewhere.

Rite Aid: Freebies & Cheapies 6/7-6/13!

Update 4/2015:

The Wellness+ program is now Wellness+ with Plenti.  We still earn Wellness+ points on all purchases and prescription medications to reach Bronze, Silver and Gold status along with the corresponding annual discounts (10-20%.)

What’s Different

+UP Rewards and Video Values coupons are gone.  Rite Aid has partnered with Plenti, a rewards program that allows you to earn points at one place and use them at another.  We will now earn Plenti points on our purchases of select items at Rite Aid (beauty, health, wellness.)  Points can be redeemed at Rite Aid or any of the Plenti partners (Exxon or Mobil gas stations, AT&T, Nationwide, Macy’s, Hulu and Direct Energy) once we’ve reached the 200 point ($2) minimum.  Points can also be earned by using Plenti’s participating partners as well.  The points earned do not expire for 2 years.

The bottom line:  We’ll still get Wellness + points toward Silver or Gold member status.  In addition, we’ll earn Plenti points redeemable as cash toward a purchase at Rite Aid (basically like rolling points at Walgreens), Macy’s or an AT&T bill, for example.  We will no longer receive +UP Rewards.

Did you receive a card in the mail?

You may or may not have received a new Plenti card in the mail.  If you did, you need to follow a couple of steps to activate it.

First, take it to your local Rite Aid store for them to sync it with your Wellness+ account.  This is most easily achieved by bringing your Wellness+ card.  They’ll scan it, scan your new Plenti card, verify your name, telephone number, and email address to sync the accounts.

Next, finish signing up ONLINE here to be able to earn and use Plenti points starting Monday, May 4th.  You can also sign up to receive a card online as well.  You’ll have to wait 7-10 days to receive it and then sync it in store.  Basically, you’re doing the same steps, but in reverse.

After completing my registration online, I received these two corresponding offers.  Both are only good today, May 4th.  I have no idea if they’ll reset tomorrow if I don’t use them today, but I’ll update this post with that information tomorrow.  UPDATE: Both offers are now in my activated offers section of my Plenti account and expire 10/4/15.

CaptureCapture

If you have any questions or comments about using the new Plenti Card, you can always drop me an email at dontmakemenuts@gmail.com or comment on this post if you’d rather.   I love hearing from you.

Update 4/12/12: The coupon policy has been updated.  If you missed my post, you can read all about it HERE.  All of the match-ups reflect these changes.

Finally, please keep your Wellness + discount in mind. These deals are calculated assuming you have no discount, so you may need to adjust accordingly.
