Since there aren’t any coupons for these items (generally speaking), it’s easy to overlook this deal in the weekly ad.   You definitely want to take a second look because it offers us a nice opportunity to pick up some items that we don’t normally get coupons for or great deals on.

(excludes sun care, bp monitors, pulse ox, vitamins, batteries and clearance)

CVS Update: Sally Hansen Nail Polish Moneymaker on Twin Pack!

010
You know those special sections in the drugstores, the free standing long oval glass shelves with the display cosmetics on them?  I sure hope you know what I’m talking about because I’m terrible at explaining things!

Anyway, I was at CVS yesterday…big surprise there, and I saw a Sally Hansen twin pack for $5.49 that I thought I’d try and see if the ECB printed.   It wasn’t tagged, so I had no idea what would happen.

OK, so the Sally Hansen ECB moneymaker deal last week is a monthly deal.

Here’s what I did yesterday to completely maximize this deal because it WORKED:

ANY Sally Hansen Cosmetics (Excludes Clearance)  - I bought 2 Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Nail Color twin pack (all are Clearly Quick clear coat paired with a Color Polish) for $5.49
$5 ECB wyb $10 (lim 6) (through 5/25)
2 – $4/1 Sally Hansen nail color minimum $4.99 (RP 5/5) or printable (NLA)
Final after ECB: $2.02 Moneymaker on 4 nail polish!!!

This list is printable!

Here are some easy use notes for you.

You’ll see a check box next to the sale item.  You can check that box and it will add it to your printable list box in the bottom right corner of your screen.  When you’ve added all the items you want to buy to the list, you can click on the *My List* tab to print them.

Old Stuff

These are NOT in ascending order.

CVS has also released a new corporate coupon policy.  Make sure you print a copy and take it with you when you shop.  If this is new to you, you can read more about the changes to Buy One Get One Free sales and coupons HERE.

Keep in mind that CVS ads can be extremely regional.  You may find price variations in the sale items or they may not be on sale in your area at all.

I am now ONLY using online prices in my match-ups. I had been using my actual store prices, but that proved equally frustrating for many people. While I realize that online prices are also frustrating, they’re relatively accurate for some. Since they’re about the same in that regard, it’s easier to use online prices! For new items not yet in their online store, I will continue to use my store prices.

This list includes all the items under $1, most of the ECB deals and many, MANY more.  Because I’m still doing most of the ad,  every link isn’t tested, as I don’t buy everything that’s on sale and I’m too cheap to waste the ink. Let me know if one doesn’t work, if my math has taken a nose dive or I’ve missed a coupon somewhere.
