Now, I LOVE this deal because it’s all about food items, and better yet, ORGANIC foods. I’ve already used my $10 credit, but these are items I would purchase if I had one!

Yep, it’s that time of year and Libby’s canned pumpkin is equally (if not more) expensive than this Farmer’s Market Organic Pumpkin. By the way, this is the only brand I have in my house right now and the only one I buy. I love it. The flavor is much more robust than Libby’s. We use it to make pumpkin pancakes throughout the year. It’s my son’s favorite breakfast food.

If your kids attend a peanut free school and you’re tired of packing turkey sandwiches (Or you have a nut free house like me!), you should consider picking up some Sunbutter. We buy it all the time and it tastes as close to peanut butter as you can get without the aftertaste that you get from some other peanut butter alternatives. It comes in Natural and Crunchy. I prefer the crunchy for most everything except when I make Buckeyes. I use the creamy for that. No one can tell the difference.

These Cascadian Farms Chewy Granola Bars are a personal favorite of mine, and they’re fairly expensive. My son ate all 5 in around a 12 hour period the last time we got a box. He absolutely loves them. I love them as well, but I never seem to get more than one here and there. Haha!

This is one of my very favorite cereals. I use it wherever I can – usually along with some blueberries as a topping for my greek yogurt. It’s so yummy.

Update: Because I’m eating it right now, you can purchase two boxes of Cascadian Farms Oats & Honey Granola Cereal 17oz for $1.14 + $2.22 shipping. That works out to $1.68/Box. I paid $2.48/Box at Walmart.

Part of what I was doing yesterday involved looking around Vitacost to see what good deals were there. With the shipping fee of $4.99, I was less than impressed. Today only, though, they’re offering free shipping with a $22 order or $2.22 shipping with any order. And for new members, they’re still offering a $10 credit that can be used on that order as well. That’s a game changer.

Now, I could give you all kinds of deals for personal care items, but we can get those free or inexpensively elsewhere. You know me, it has to be a really stellar deal to make the cut. With that in mind, I’m looking at….trash bags. Since this deal works out to $0.07/Bag AND it’s Seventh Generation, this is a win-win. Have you taken advantage of the $10 Vitacost credit yet? If not or you have no idea what I’m talking about, Vitacost has all kinds of organic products from nutritionals to food, vitamins and more. Right now, they’re offering a $10 sign up credit when you use this link. The great thing about that credit is that we can use it to purchase $10 worth of merchandise for free plus the cost of shipping.

I’ve got a teeny bit of time tonight to fool around with some deals, so I thought I’d see what I could get with this $10 Vitacost credit to make it worth it. Now, I can’t buy these because they’re manufactured in a facility or shared equipment with nuts, but we used to buy them often. That said, I know $5.26 is a good deal for three boxes despite the shipping cost. Here’s what my cart looked like when I added them and applied the discount:

Moving on to something I can buy! Since I was already looking through their grocery items, I stumbled across this:

It looks like this will be my purchase to replace all that I’ve been using this last week or so. We can get 5 cans of Farmer’s Market Organic Pumpkin for just $6.94 shipped after the coupon. That works out to $1.38/can! That’s a fabulous price for organic pumpkin!

While they have so many offerings elsewhere, I can never pass up free food! They’ve got Clif Kidz bars, pasta, Yogi Tea, Muir Glen tomato paste, various flours, molasses and so many more things!

I even found some good gift items like Kopali Organics Organic Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans. Those would be perfect for a coffee gift basket! Truly, even if you don’t see something you can use, you can make a gift basket with so many of these items. Ohhh-kaaay, it’s definitely time for me to move on to something else!
